1&1 and Orange announce an agreement on worldwide international roaming

Orange and 1&1 Telecommunication SE conclude a long-term agreement for the provision of international roaming services for the 1&1 mobile network.

Thanks to the quality of the Orange global coverage, resulting from the best roaming agreements signed by Orange in more than 200 countries with 400 leading operators, 1&1 will provide a one-stop shop roaming experience to its customers. Orange’s presence in Europe, our experience and our ability to support the development of its roaming business were also key factors for 1&1.

The multi-service solution is based on Orange Mobile Services International Carrier’s transport offerings (IPX, Signalling) and Orange Wholesale France’s service offerings with the Roaming Sponsor.
