The lead time provided in the feasibility study results is binding and becomes contractual (agreed delivery date) once the firm order has been placed by the client. The agreed date can only be changed if, during the Client Operations Plan (COP), it is discovered that extensive works need to be carried out by the client.

We provide you with two methods to keep track of the installation stages for a Mobile Ethernet Core 2 access:

  • via the  Data Monitoring app, you can view all the necessary information on the installation of your mobile Ethernet accesses.
  • via the provision of a  Project Production Manager (PPM), throughout the duration of the contract (basic service provided at no extra cost). S/he will give you regular reports.

The prices sent back to you in the results of the feasibility study include any Exceptional Construction Difficulties that may arise. The amount quoted can under no circumstances be changed during the firm order phase.
